hey my mom uses walk away the pounds! it totally worked for her, she is 55 years old and started last summer at 5'2''/145ish, and even though she has only lost like 10 lbs, she has dropped 2 dress sizes and she used to be virtually bedridden, but now she rarely gets headaches like she used to, and does at least the 3 mile or 4 mile leslie sansone walk daily :) rock on! good luck with your weightloss!

Hi there, glad to know your back on track. I love reading about your sucesses. Plus we share the same name. :) Also we are pretty close in weight right now. I dont keep a weight journal online, but I do mention my weight in my reg one. Im just not brave enough to post my weight there since there are people who read it that I know in real life. anyways... keep up the great work. Cant wait to read more!
